McGill Well Rehab
The McGill Well which supplies water to the town of McGill has undergone rehabilitation; replacing the current pump with a smaller more efficient pump along with cleaning and disinfecting. This new pump system began operating August 10, 2026.
MCGILL SEWER POND RELINE PROJECT
Phase 1 was completed Fall of 2024, with Phase 2 beginning Fall/Winter 2026. Phase 2 will include the draining of pond 1, and sludge removal.
Update: Phase 2 was awarded to Reck Bros and should begin early Fall of 2026.
McGill and Ruth Meter Replacement
The District is in discussion for the update and replacement of all meters in McGill and Ruth. This could begin in as early as Spring/Summer 2027 dependant upon funding.
