Meters are read at the end of each month, and usage is reflected in thousands.
For example, if your bill reads 5; you used 5,000 gallons.
Customers are not allowed to enter meter pits, only District personnel. If you feel your meter is faulty, please contact the office and we would be glad to have our maintenance team check the meter for you.
